Still have not received order after 4 weeks

I have not received items or updates on tracking after ordering on May 25. When I check Tracking it only reports "shipped". I have emailed customer service and have not received a response. I am concerned because Top Lula processed my $180 payment but I have not seen any products and it has been weeks. I am not happy at all.

Wedding day

I was recommended Lulu's by a bridal shop owner. So happy she introduced me to the company. I am getting remarried in a few weeks and couldn't find a dress appropriate for the occasion. Very small wedding at our house. I love the dress, I am a M/L and I had to get an XL which was fine. Returned the other one and was credited right away. The communication with the company was excellent. I will recommend them from now on and will buy again from them. The dress is beautiful and well made. And the bonus, the dress has pockets and I LOVE pockets LOL Thanks

Ships so fast!

I don't order online much as I've had things come months late and the fit be so unflattering once received but, if you're debating ordering from this site I'll be the one to tell you DO IT. I can't say enough good things about it. I just got a dress from Lulus that I'll be wearing to my graduation and the quality is just mint. I measured myself extremely carefully thinking that it would fit me either slightly too big or small but the size of the dress is exactly as advertised. It also came unbelievably fast, I've never been this satisfied with an online purchase before. A++

By far the worst customer service I…

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I made an order and I wrote them an email because I wanted to cancel the order and no one has respond even after 2 days, then I sent a text on their website and they gave me the same automated message. I call and every 2 minutes they say the same automated message that was sent in the email and ask if I want to hang up and get a call back, basically trying to get me to hang up. I waited almost 30 minutes before I gave up. Now I will have the order ship and have to pay for a return when they could have easily just cancelled it if they would have got back to me in a timely manner.

I absolutely love Lulu's !!

I absolutely love Lulu's !!! It's sometimes easy to get duped into cheap online boutiques which can give a woman serious trust issues with online shopping. But you can rest assured Lulu's has high quality clothes and a great customer service program. If for any reason there are issues with your clothes they will exchange or return your item. They are always posting new items too. They specialize in dresses but have everything. I have been shopping there for about 3 years regularly and have only exchanged items for personal dissatisfaction, never quality issues. And I think that's only happend 2 or 3 times. I usually love everything.

ZERO response if you have a problem

I actually received my order in a timely fashion however the size they put in the shipment was NOT the size I ordered. My email receipt and packing slip had the accurate size on them but what I got was not it. Ok, mistake no big deal. However, I have been trying to contact them for 3 days via email, phone calls, and live text on their website with ZERO response or follow up at all. I will be refusing payment and never ordering from them again.

Zero Recourse if There is a Problem

Refunds take FOREVER...

I ordered 5 dresses in two separate orders to try for graduation. Sizing guides were not helpful, as none of the dresses fit as described. I promptly returned the dresses and received an email saying my return was received and my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. This would seem like my refund would be processed and given to me within 7-10 days, as every other site I’ve ordered from uses the same lingo for issuing the actual refund. Unfortunately, that just means they get around to processing your items in 10 days, then send you another email 10 days later telling you that you’ll eventually get your money back in ANOTHER 10 days. Yet they expect you to return the items to them within 10 days of delivery or no free refund. So you are out of hundreds of dollars for 20+ days if your clothes don’t fit or work out for you. A little on the frustrating side. I’d rather order from somewhere that issues a refund quicker and more efficiently.

Not even close to the photos they depict. Horribly cheap and terrible material. Please everyone do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL FIGHT TO REFUND U. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Guys never buy something from Lulus

Guys never buy something from Lulus. I ordered one pants and a earring and now I have to pay 45 euros for duty/tax. Like I never had to do this for buying something from China or other clothing shop. They are saying that you can find this info for paying tax/duty but this is not mentioned when you buy something. Just terrible and I am so disappointed!

Hidden Fees

If you live in Canada expect to pay duty when they ship via DHL. Added 25% to the cost. That's bull. Get should figure out how to do business in Canada and use proper trade agreements, or at minimum include these fees in the price and take care of the duties in advance. Total crap.
